Using Empathy, Ideation, and Experimentation, Design Thinking is a holistic approach to problem-solving. The Design Thinking process is a structured framework for identifying challenges, gathering information, generating potential solutions, refining ideas, and testing solutions in an iterative way. Design Thinking can serve equally well as a framework for course design or as a roadmap for an activity or group project.
